abi-dumper software package provides tool to dump ABI of an ELF object containing DWARF debug info, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install abi-dumper
abi-dumper is installed in your system.
Make ensure the abi-dumper package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep abi-dumper *
You will get with abi-dumper package name, version, architecture and description in a table
